深圳市科塔科技有限公司 is the personal information processor/controller for this website. KETA is the brand used by the company, and Shenzhen Keta Technology Co., Ltd. is its English display name. We may process the name, company, email, telephone, country or region, WhatsApp, WeChat, part requirements, RFQ details, BOM file, file name, file type, file size, inquiry number, inquiry status, message, target date, target price, and applicable UTM parameters that you provide.
We use this information to receive, review, and respond to RFQ and BOM requests; confirm request-specific sourcing details; provide controlled BOM upload and download workflows; send operational inquiry notifications; prevent automated abuse; maintain administrator access control; and protect website security.
We use Vercel for website hosting and server-side request handling, Supabase for inquiry records and private BOM storage, Resend for operational RFQ and BOM notification emails, Cloudflare Turnstile for form anti-abuse verification, and Upstash Redis for server-side rate limiting. These providers may process data in different countries or regions as necessary to provide their services.
The admin area uses an HttpOnly session cookie. The public Quote List uses browser localStorage to retain part numbers and quantities while you edit an inquiry. Cloudflare Turnstile may use browser technologies required for its security verification. We currently do not use Google Analytics / GA4, Microsoft Clarity, or Baidu Analytics. We will update this Privacy Policy before enabling new analytics tools.
RFQ records and business communication records are retained for 24 months. BOM files are retained for 12 months. Operational notification email records are retained for 24 months. Administrator and security logs are retained for 12 months. Backup data is retained according to relevant service-provider backup cycles and reasonable business needs, and is cleaned up by practicable means when no longer needed.
We use server-side credentials, private BOM storage with controlled signed access, administrator authentication and email allowlisting, HttpOnly session cookies, Turnstile verification, and HTML sanitization measures consistent with the current website implementation. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
This website is intended for business procurement and commercial users and is not directed to children. If we become aware that we have unintentionally collected personal information relating to a child, we will take reasonable steps to delete it where required by applicable law and technically feasible.
We may update this Privacy Policy when website functions, service providers, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
